01 | Know The Basics

02 | Book A Consultation OR Fill Out The Inquiry Form

  • We believe it is necessary to have a consultation meeting with us before we are getting you a quote. You will be able to get more information about our service and the florists can also have a clearer view of your request. A more specific estimate invoice will be given For Free after the meeting.

  • We encourage you to do preliminary research on your preferred floral ideas. If you have any inspiration pictures, bring them to your appointment as this will allow us to get a better understanding of your request

  • If you will not be able to have a consultation meeting with us, you can also get a quote from us by filling out the Inquiry Form and send it to us by email. More detailed discretions and inspiration pictures will help us get a more accurate quote for you.

03 | Quote

  • A more specific estimate invoice (Quote) will be provided For Free after the consultation meeting​.

  • An estimated invoice (Quote) will be sent back to you within 3 to 5 business days if you send us the Inquiry Form by email

  • An Event floral Service contract will be attached with the estimated invoice

04 | Securing Your Date

  • Please understand due to the high volume of inquiries during the wedding season. We will only be able to hold the date for you after the deposit (40% of the grand total on the final invoice) has been received.

  • The contract has to been signed within five business days after the deposit received.

  • Within one month of your wedding date, a $100 late booking fee will be applied

  • All retainers are non-refundable
